Please allow 7 to 10 business days for workbook orders to arrive. Due to widespread shipping delays, PRI cannot guarantee expedient delivery once orders leave the distribution center.
The timeline for fulfillment begins when you receive an email response from our team and we finalize the order and payment information.
Orders received before 1:00 pm ET will be processed that day. All other orders will be processed the following business day. Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Due to shipping demands, please allow two weeks for orders to arrive.
Expedited and/or overnight shipping might be available, dependent on carrier capacity, for an additional fee. Overnight shipping requests must be placed by 10am Eastern.
